We celebrate the finest oysters sourced from the Rappahannock River & The Chesepeake Bay and local tributaries, on our menu, as well as our tidal regions clams & extra large shrimp from nearby waters. They can be dressed up with Chef Jacquie's seasonal mignonettes, horseradish, & cocktail sauce, or enjoyed simply with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Choptank Sweets- Cambridge, MD. Robust & meaty oyster with a rich creamy texture. 

Rappahannock- Topping, VA. Sweet, buttery, full-bodied taste with a refreshingly clean, crisp finish.

Chesapeake Gold- Hooper's Island, MD.  Plump, full bodied oyster with a clean, strong ocean flavor.

James River-mild brininess, plump meats and very mild flavor.
